Yes, we can ship Prints worldwide and it is free of cost.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY PRINT ARRIVES?

Usually around 1-4 weeks maximum. All shipment will be insured and tracked, so there is nothing for you to worry about!

MY PRINT LOOKS DIFFERENT TO WHAT I SAW ON MY PHONE / COMPUTER, WHY?

This is unfortunately something that happens quite often, as a lot of phones and computers use different colour scheme and brightness. Our advice would be to check the print on a number of devices to get an idea of it! Either way your print will look awesome!!

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRESET DOES NOT DOWNLOAD?

If anything goes wrong, please just contact us and we will do everything we can to help you!

Can I return my preset purchase?

Unfortunately we are unable to take returns on preset purchases as they are digital downloads. If you don´t like them, please contact us and we will try to make it right.
